I have been in the health and wellness field for over fifteen years. I have been working with clients as a personal trainer and yoga instructor helping them understand the importance of the mind-body connection.
I have helped people struggle with chronic pain, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, stress, first responders and veterans. It is important for me to look at each person individually and help them with their needs.
Coming from a place of empathy and caring I hope to empower my clients and provide a safe inclusive space for healing. I am passionate about helping those who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness and working in palliative care and end of life.
I have gone through my own experiences of grief, loss, pain, and migraines and want to help other people manage these difficult and challenging situations.
